‘I don't have the time’
Jill Long might be described as a Jill of all trades. Not only does she assist the dentist with patient care, she also oversees marketing for the practice, including what appears on the TV in the waiting room.
At first, Jill created and displayed PowerPoint slides on the screen. But over time that proved to be technically challenging, and the content that Jill could create was limited. “I started checking into what [else] I could put up there,” says Jill, “because I don’t have the time to deal with it.”
She considered a service that provides only dental content but found it to be “boring.” Instead she decided to go with Everwell because of its diverse array of content options. “I like the fact that I can pick and choose what I want to be up there for the patients to see,” she says.
For example, Everwell’s healthy cooking videos. Previously the practice had cooking magazines in the waiting room, and some patients would ask for copies of recipes in them. Jill likes that now patients can learn about recipes from Everwell and actually see how to make them.
She appreciates that these and other Everwell segments are only a few minutes long, which works for the relatively short waiting times that patients experience. Another feature she values is the ability to display different content in different zones on the screen simultaneously. “There’s different things going on,” says Jill, “so it’s all not the same boring thing all the time.”
‘Great’ Customer Service
Given how limited her time is, Jill can’t wait around if she has questions or needs help. That’s why she’s very pleased with Everwell’s customer service, which she says is “always quick to respond whether it be an email or a phone call.”
She also likes that the customer service representative she deals with is familiar with the practice and her preferences, which makes communication easier. So does the fact that Everwell’s customer service is U.S. based, so there’s no language barrier. Jill considers that “absolutely important.”
In short, says Jill, Everwell has “great customer service.”
