‘Very Easy’ to Implement
CHR’s Communications Director, Eliza Patterson, sees digital signage as a valuable tool for sharing information with clients in their waiting rooms. Not only is it more efficient and flexible than traditional methods such as posters, she says, it also “has a more professional feel.”
Previously, CHR relied on digital signage software from another leading company. But they found the platform challenging to learn and hard to use for uploading content.
They were happy to discover Everwell, which “blew [the competitor] away in the sense that it was just so much easier to use,” says Lucas Sheehan, CHR’s IT Support Manager.
That’s especially important for CHR because of the need to direct different content to different locations. Patterson says Everwell makes this process “very easy,” explaining that “once the media is uploaded, I’m able to easily select the screen I’m looking to target.”
Sheehan adds that the initial set-up of devices to run content in multiple locations was “super easy.”
‘Amazing’ Customer Support
Sheehan says another big advantage of Everwell is its customer service, which he calls “amazing.” He likes the fact it’s U.S.-based and that “you feel like you’re really talking to an individual that’s making that one-to-one connection with you and to your organization.” The result, he says, is an experience far superior to typical customer support, where “you don’t know who you’re talking to and are sent all over the world.”
CHR has been so pleased with Everwell that they’ve recommended the service to other practices, which Sheehan says have also “been very happy.”
